44 Students Successfully Defend MSc Theses in the Lund accredited MSc in international trade policy and Trade Law, and the Esami accredited Masters in international trade policy and trade law Ahead of the 2024 Graduation
The Trade Policy Training Centre in Africa (trapca) proudly celebrates an incredible milestone as 39 students from 24 African countries successfully defended their MSc theses in International Trade Policy and Trade Law. This accomplishment marks the final step in their academic journey as they prepare to graduate in just a few days.
The MSc program at Trapca is designed to build the capacity of Africa’s trade professionals with advanced skills in empirical research, analytical problem-solving, and evidence-based policy development. The program empowers our students to address Africa’s trade challenges while leveraging its opportunities, ensuring they are equipped to shape policies that reflect the continent’s unique trade environment.
This cohort, representing diverse African regions and trade contexts, has demonstrated a remarkable commitment to academic excellence and practical solutions. Their research spans critical areas, such as:
- Strengthening regional integration under the AfCFTA
